Fleur De Lys tournament
A strong squad of girls travelled down to Fareham for the South Coast 6 a side tournament. After a little trouble with start times, and rain, games kicked off for the morning.
The U14 and U16 teams played some great football, both reaching their finals. Though they played the better football, the finals ended in draws and went to penalties - this time the gods where not in our favour.
The U12's playing a young team found them selves in a group on 9 other teams, it was long morning !!! Most of the teams seem to have played their older girls, before they playing up next season in the U14's. The girls though not winning the tournament, they thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and where awarded fair players team award - congratulations.
